Therapy approach:

" I believe that deep within us is a healthy desire to want to live a good life, a life in which we feel self-respect, a life that is of value to others, a life that is whole. That desire usually prompts us to look for resources/ways that will move us towards that direction.  If that is you, allow me to first acknowledge that healthy part of you that made the effort. Know that your search will be rewarded.

While you find reading relevant materials helpful, you may also be looking for a safe and non-judgmental space where you can work through your feelings, understand your needs and move towards behavioural and thinking patterns that open you up to a more balanced, healthier life. If that is you, I encourage you to look for a coach, psychotherapist or psychologist you find comfortable working with to journey with you.

In my working relationship with clients, I intend to provide a safe space for clients to connect with and understand their feelings, to examine patterns that might be holding them back, to tap into their inner resources, to heal and to develop skills to reach their desired goals. Where applicable, I like to guide clients through creative process using metaphors, imageries, role-playing, visualization and drawing.  With my exposure to sensorimotor approach, I often encourage clients to be attuned to their body sensations to understand their feelings and needs.

I am available for a 30-minute trial online psychotherapy for a nominal fee.

I also provide supervision for clinicians." ~ Phei Phei.
